Radiant Waxing Dublin

This was the first time I had my eyebrows done. I wasn't sure what to expect, but it turned out to be a great experience and I'm looking forward to the next time. My tech, "Z", was really good at what she does. She has a great personality as well. It was an enjoyable time.

I booked an appointment online but when I showed up they said I was somehow double booked and they needed to reschedule. I understand that technical errors can happen but to unexpectedly deny a customer who already showed up to an appointment for an error on their end is just bad service. The staff was rude when I asked for a solution and at some point pushed the blame on me for booking at the wrong time - not sure how this was my fault? I don't feel comfortable booking here again.

Service was great! I was able to get a same day appointment. My aesthetician (Samantha) did a great job with an eye for detail. The conversation was enjoyable and my kang-kang is smooth! Two thumbs up. NOTE: I usually use a different aesthetician every time I go because I often make same day appointments. All have been great!

My first Brazilian wax was with Sarah and it was an overall great experience! She made sure I was prepared by reaching out the day before, She kept the conversation going and made it a speedy process which calmed the all around nerves I had going into it. Radiant waxing was extremely clean, even the wax room which made it even more comforting. Will return for future appointments 10/10 recommend!

Nicole was incredible. I was very nervous and self-conscious. She was kind and explained everything while putting me at ease. It was like talking to a friend. She checked on my pain tolerance and made me feel cared for. Every person I encountered was lovely and welcoming. I am impressed with the results and how immaculate and clean your salon is.
